Frequently asked questions

01

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Most projects start with a 2-3 week discovery phase to map processes and calculate ROI. If we don't think automation makes sense for you, we'll tell you. Ongoing support and optimization are available but not required.

02

What happens if the automation doesn't deliver promised ROI?

We measure results and track against projections. If a system isn't performing as expected, we investigate why (adoption issues, technical problems, process changes) and work to fix it. Our reputation depends on delivering actual results.

03

Can we make changes to automated workflows ourselves?

Depends on the implementation. No-code systems are usually easy for your team to modify. Custom systems require development skills. We document everything thoroughly and can train your team on making updates.

04

How involved do we need to be during implementation?

Week 1-2 require significant involvement (5-10 hours) for discovery and process mapping. Weeks 3-4 need a few hours for design review. Weeks 5-8 are mostly our team building. Week 9 requires involvement for training and deployment. Total client time investment: 20-30 hours.

05

Do you work with companies outside the US?

Yes. We work with clients globally. Most of our team is in US/EU timezones but we accommodate different time zones. All client communication is in English.

06

What if automation breaks?

We build monitoring into every system so we know immediately if something fails. We implement automatic retry logic for transient failures. For critical systems, we provide 24/7 monitoring and support. We also train your team to handle common issues.
