  • Strong technical background with ability to code/script

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Experience selling to enterprise clients (IT, Operations, Finance personas)

  • Comfortable with technical discovery and scoping

  • Bonus: Experience with automation platforms or workflow tools
